1. Personalized Orders & Final Sale
Customization Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all text, spelling, sizing, and color options are accurate before ordering. We craft your item exactly as submitted.
Final Sale: Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun, except in cases of damage or manufacturing errors.
Cancellations: You have 30 minutes after order placement to request changes or cancellations.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a spelling error that differs from your order confirmation, notify us at beadopia.hk@gmail com within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange replacement.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in HKD and subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to decline orders containing profane or trademarked text.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for customs fees/taxes on international shipments and for providing accurate delivery addresses.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, or metal sensitivity/allergies.
